On November 4 to 7, 2024, during the 92nd INTERPOL General Assembly in Glasgow, Scotland, the ASEANAPOL Secretariat, led by Executive Director Police Colonel David Martinez Vinluan and Police Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Ngoc, Director for Plans and Programmes, met with Police Delegations from ASEANAPOL Member Countries, DPs and OBs as well as former United Nations staff members who also attended the 92nd INTERPOL General Assembly.
